It's very mod, we like it...now David Tenant simply needs to get together with Tom Baker and have their DNA combined by some whacked out in the head scientist type to make the end-all-be-all Doctor and the world can keep right on wobbling.

I never really got into new who, but who knows, maybe this new Doctor will be good.
His hair is scary....but then, nearly all the Who's have a tendency to odd hair...and recently blondes.
